1. Mindful Leadership Program provides a sequential pathway towards developing the skills of authentic leadership.
Combining Wellness, Mindfulness and Leadership principles, we help leaders & managers build the emotional intelligence skills needed for sustained peak performance, strong collaboration, effective leadership and optimum well being.

2. Mindfulness against Burnout:
•Burnout is called an "occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed“ as it is declared by World Health Organisation
This program is addressing high performance employees, managing multiple projects and assignments, having to deal with high levels of stress over a prolonged period
