
„Creative Briefs in Action” creates a much needed and insightflul bridge between the worlds of marketers and creative agencies.
The workshop provides an immersive experience through which we (re)learn the principles of writing and delivering a creative brief.
Participants work in teams, taking part in a business simulation where they have a dual role:

Client – developing and delivering a creative brief based on a best-practice MARCOM format.

Creative agency – responding to a brief that is often unclear and not sufficiently inspiring, under tight time constraints.
Participants directly experience the challenges faced by each partner involved in the creative process. They leave the workshop equipped with best practice tools and practices, as well as with the enthusiasm to put them into practice.


Challenges Addressed by This Training
Lack of know-how in writing a clear and concise creative brief.
Difficulty in defining a “single-minded” objective that targets perception and/or behavior change.
Uncertainty regarding timing, roles, and responsibilities within the briefing process.
Challenges in evaluating and providing clear, actionable feedback to the creative agency on the received proposals.
The audience
This training is designed for communication specialists, particularly Brand Managers and Junior Brand Managers, who are directly involved in writing communication briefs sent to partner creative agencies.
It is ideal for those who coordinate integrated brand promotion and activation campaigns, often involving multiple media formats (traditional or digital), sponsorships, events, promotions, and more.
